What types of organisations do you work with?
How do you customise your services for each client?
Before every engagement, I take time to understand your goals, challenges and culture. From there I design a tailored approach that may include coaching, facilitation, workshops, or strategic consultation. No two interventions are ever the same.
Do you offer once off sessions or longer programmes?
Both. I facilitate once off workshops and keynotes, but I also design longer term programmes for leadership development, culture change and team transformation. It depends on your needs and objectives.
Where are your services offered?
Most of my work is delivered in person across South Africa, but I also facilitate online sessions for international clients or distributed teams. Hybrid options are available too.
How do I know which service is right for my organisation?
That is what the discovery call is for. In a short conversation we will explore your challenges and objectives, then I will recommend the best services to help you achieve real and lasting results.
